Following are the 20 Types of Verbal Intelligence Tests which are used to test the inborn mental efficiency or the capacity to react favourably or find solutions to problems of an unfamiliar and novel nature.
12th: Comparison of Ranking Tests
In this type of test the ranking of different groups of persons, places or objects are mentioned. The Candidates need to find out the ranking of asked person, place or object in a given question.
Examples:
(1) In a province city#1 is 10kms from the Royal Park, city#2 is 5kms from city#1 and city#3 is 15kms from the Royal Park. Which city is the farthest from the Royal Park?
Choices:
(a) City#1
(b) City#2
(c) City#3
(d) Both b & c
Ans: (d) City#2 is 5kms from city#1 and city#1 is 10kms from Royal Park that means the city#2 is 15kms from the Royal Park which is as same farthest as the city#3.
(2) In an organization, Mr A is senior than Mr B, Mr K is the boss of Mr R and Mr R is senior to Mr A. Who is senior amongst all?
Choices:
(a) Mr B
(b) Mr K
(c) Mr B
(d) Mr A
